At 24/7 Fitness Portsmouth, we have over 200 pieces of equipment to ensure you get the most out of your membership; from a huge free weights area, to cardio and resistance machines, we cater for all fitness goals! Whether you’re a spinning spectacular, or you love pumping iron with your gym buddy, we have all the equipment you need to reach any fitness goal at our gym in Portsmouth. 

Members of our Portsmouth Gym will have access to our group fitness timetable which we currently filling with some of the best fitness exercise classes in the UK. We will offer a range of Les Mills classes, such as Body Combat, Body Pump and many more, famous worldwide for their incredible routines and fun workouts. As well as Les Mills classes, we offer classic classes, like yoga, spinning, and bootcamp in our studio.

Les Mills Virtual classes will also offered at 24/7 Fitness Portsmouth, delivered via a large projector screen by some of the best PT’s on the planet. The classes are updated regularly so there’s always variety for participants, and are populated with fun and exciting music. 

All of our fitness classes - including our virtual workouts - will be included within your membership, so you can try any class and mix it up from your regular training for free! Monday - Tuesday: 6am to 9pm
Wednesday - Thursday: 7am to 9pm
Friday - Saturday: 8am to 1pm 
Sunday: Unmanned

During our unmanned hours the gym is remotely monitored and assistance is always available via the Help Points.

The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
